Darko ŠantiċCoordinator and Branch Director

Darko Šantiċ has over 20 years of coaching experience across Serbia, Mexico, and Singapore. As Coordinator and Branch Director at Pacer Water Polo Academy, he has achieved multiple first-place finishes in international and local tournaments.

Toh Zhi HongHead Coach (U12)

Toh Zhi Hong, Head Coach for the U12 team at Pacer Water Polo Academy, led his teams to 1st place in the 2023 and 2024 National Inter-club competitions. A former SEA Games athlete, he brings extensive competitive and coaching experience.

Cody ChanHead Coach (U15)

Cody Chan, Head Coach for the U15 team at Pacer Water Polo Academy, is a former National Men’s Team player (2021–2024). He is certified under Singapore Coach Excellence Programme Level 1.

Lau Se WaiStrength & Conditioning / Goalkeeper Coach

Lau Se Wai is a former Singapore national player with top performances at the Asian Games and Championships. As a coach, he has led Hwa Chong Institution’s teams to multiple medals, including a Gold Medal in 2017, and ha been coaching at Pacer Water Polo Academy since 2020.
