Rule 1

You must inform your coach when you are not coming to practice or if you are running late. Breaking of this rule will cause exceptional handling, managed by the coach. In the case of some emergency or justified reason this rule is adjustable. In this situation you’re obligated to inform the coach on time and to explain the situation. Based on the circumstances coach will decide what type of handling is necessary.

Rule 2

You need to come in a club attire for the official games. Failing to do so will cause exceptional handling, managed by the coach and can also cause with you not playing that game. Club attire for the current season is stated in the PDC info pack for the current season.

Rule 3

As a member of any of the Pacer Water Polo Academy branches you cannot play for any other Singaporean club except Pacer. If you do so, you will be EXPELLED from all Pacer Water Polo Academy branches.

Rule 4

As a member of any of the Pacer Water Polo Academy branches you cannot practice in any other Singaporean club except Pacer. If you do so, you will be warned once to stop and if you don’t you will be expelled from all Pacer Water Polo Academy branches.

Rule 5

Any type of misconduct or bullying (physical, verbal or any other kind) won’t be tolerated and offenders will be facing with exceptional handling, managed by the coach or/and club management. Repeated offenders may be EXPELLED from all Pacer Water Polo Academy branches.

Rule 6

Pay your subscription regularly. Failing to do so, may cause with ban from practice or competition and not being able to apply for other club activities such as camps and tournaments.

Rule 7

Achieving monthly attendance requirements is an obligation and failing to do so may cause your removal from PDC branch. Attendance requirements are explained in PDC info pack for the current season

Rule 8

You are obligated to come to the last practice before any official game. Failing to do so, will cause exceptional handling, managed by the coach and can cause you not playing that game. Rule 9

Running late for a game meeting or not coming to official game is a huge misconduct and irresponsibility that will not be tolerated. It will cause exceptional handling, managed by the coach and it can cause with removal of the player for the next game / games. In the case of some emergency or justified reason this rule is adjustable. In this situation you’re obligated to inform the coach on time and to explain the situation. Based on the circumstances coach will decide what type of handling is necessary.

Rule 10

All players / goalkeepers need to do PDC trials every time in order to keep their position at PDC.

Greetings & Being Polite

• Attendance and hard work.
• Come regularly to practices during the whole season and always meet monthly attendance requirements
• Holding your place in the team - Have in mind that if you had not been coming to practice, no matter what’s the reason, you will probably lose your position in the team due to drop in performance. This is normal to happened, but it is up to you how fast are you going to come back. The place in the team is never guarantee.
• On every practice give your best! It’s not enough just to show up and do nothing. In sports, there are no shortcuts. How much you give translates to how much you’re going to get.
• The worst thing that you can do is not to try. If you try, if you give your best, you will be able to progress, that’s the only way.
• SCHOOL COMES FIRST but if you organize your time and choose your priorities, you will be able to do good in school and yet have time to come to practices and progress!
• When it comes to sport activities in your life, WATER POLO NEEDS TO BE IN FIRST PLACE!

Guidelines for the Parents

1. Try to send them to practices as much as possible.

2. Injuries & other reasons to send or not to send to practice?

3. Support, cooperate and communicate with the coach.
